Let's enjoy some spring fare!

Salmon on the Traeger Grill

This was a fun and tasty way to try out salmon filets. Be creative with different marinades. Just remember salt and sweet go together! And you can cook all of this in the oven at the same temperature.

This is great with grilled or steamed vegetables.

Salmon with Soy Sauce Marinade

Serves 2

1 pound salmon filet

Marinade

2 tablespoons soy sauce

2 teaspoons honey

1/4 teaspoon lemon juice

1/4 teaspoon garlic powder

1/8 teaspoon pepper

Mix above marinade together. Pour over salmon filet and let sit a room temperature for 30 minutes.
