Masters week calls for many traditions, including Pimento Cheese. I love this for a snack or as a sandwich. Tangy and delicious!
Tara’s Pimento Cheese
Yields approximately 3 cups
Ingredients
16 ounces extra sharp cheddar cheese, grated
2 ounces cream cheese, room temperature
7 tablespoons Duke’s mayonnaises
2 tablespoons pimentos, diced
1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
¼ teaspoon garlic powder
1/8 teaspoon pepper
Directions
Combine all ingredients in a large bowl. Mix until well combined. Serve immediately or keep in an air tight container in the refrigerator for 3 days.
